An exciting opportunity has come up for a bright and fast-learning individual to join a prestigious national membership organisation based in South West London as a 1st/2nd Line Application Support.

Working closely with the in-house and external Support and Development teams, you will be responsible for building a portfolio of products that will enhance the support process currently in place. Such duties include 1st and 2nd line application support, optimising the application call process, defining user requirements for the applications, and building strong relationships with 3rd parties to provide incident support through to resolution.

The following are essential:

  • 1st and 2nd line support in an ITIL environment
  • Experience supporting web applications
  • Experience working towards agreed SLA’s
  • Windows OS: Windows 7 and above
  • Experience in database connections e.g. Access, SQL, Oracle
  • Microsoft Office

The following are desirable:

  • Experience in IIS / Application Servers
  • PowerShell scripting
  • EPOS
  • Experience with Financial and Payroll systems


Salary: Circa £40,000 + Bonus + Pension + Benefits
