An exciting opportunity has come up for a bright and driven individual to join a prestigious organisation based in South West London, as a 1st/2nd Line Application Support.

Working closely with the in-house and external Support and Development teams, you will be responsible for supporting a portfolio of products that will enhance the processes currently in place. Such duties include 1st and 2nd line application support, optimising the application call process, defining user requirements for the applications, and building strong relationships with 3rd parties to provide incident support through to resolution.

The following are essential:

  • 1st and 2nd line support in an ITIL environment
  • Strong fault finding experience
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Experience supporting web applications
  • Experience working towards agreed SLAs
  • Windows OS: Windows 7 and above
  • Experience in database connections e.g. Access, SQL, Oracle
  • Microsoft Office

The following are desirable:

  • Experience in IIS / Application Servers
  • PowerShell scripting
  • EPOS
  • Experience with Financial and Payroll systems

Salary: up to £45,000 + Bonus + Pension + Benefits
