Company:

An excellent opportunity has come up for an IT Support Engineer to join my client, a surveying consultancy in London on a permanent basis. 

Role:

You will be the first point of contact for users and will be required to provide an exceptional level of 1st and 2nd line support, whilst providing excellent customer service. Duties include call logging and maintaining the call management system, ensuring all requests are responded to and resolved in a timely manner, and escalating issues to a senior member of the team.

The following are essential:

  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience in 1st/2nd line support
  • Experience in troubleshooting issues related to Office 2016/Office 365
  • Experience with Windows 7, 10 and Servers 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and cope under pressure
  • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
  • Problem solver and a 'can do’ attitude

The following are desirable:

  • Experience working in an ITIL environment and adhering to SLAs and KPIs

Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 + Benefits
