Due to continuous growth, my client is looking for a bright and driven individual to join them in leading the Automotive industry. This position is based in Milton Keynes with free on-site parking. If you’re looking to gain experience in Citrix or build upon your knowledge, then this is the role for you!

Role:

You will be the first point of contact for users and will be required to provide an exceptional level of technical support whilst providing excellent customer service. Such duties include call logging and maintaining the call management system, ensuring all requests are responded to and resolved in a timely manner, and escalating issues to a senior member of the team.

My client provides on-going training and support and excellent career progression opportunities within the company, whether that’s in the UK or globally!

The following are essential:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in 1nd/2nd line support
  • Supporting Microsoft Windows OS
  • Active Directory: GPO, troubleshooting etc.
  • Customer focused and a friendly telephone manner
  • ‘Can do’ attitude

The following are desirable:

  • LANDesk Service Desk
  • Cisco Certifications: CCNA, CCNP etc.

 

Rate: Circa £25,000 + Benefits
