Agile Project Manager - Up to £80,000 + Benefits 

An excellent opportunity for an Agile Project Manager is now available working with a rapidly growing technology company. You will be working closely with the Tech Lead, Product Owners, Engineers, and QAs on a range of exciting projects. The projects you will be managing involve web-based marketplace and auction platforms with various 3rd party dependencies. Therefore, you will have experience with and be confident managing technical and business focused projects.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and engagement.
  • Provide structure, transparency and be a reliable conduit between the company and their clients.
  • Developing project plans.
  • Ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within the scope and within budget.
  • Owning a project’s organisation and timeline, and its representation and visibility to the internal stakeholders and customers.
  • Work with Product Owners to prioritise efforts and identify and manage risks and dependencies within and between inter-connected projects.
  • Responsible for project documentation and artifacts being generated and maintained, including burn charts, RAID Logs, RACI matrices, RAG Status reports etc .
  • Work alongside the Product team to develop the business cases, scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Experience as a project manager for 4+ years.
  • Experience of delivering projects in a technology environment (Marketplace industry experience preferred)
  • Agile project management experience.
  • Experience delivering products.
  • Experience delivering an infrastructure migration project.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience creating and reading Gantt charts, roadmaps, and other types of project plans.
  • Communicate objectives, plans, status, and results clearly, focusing on critical key points.
  • Previous experience within auction houses will be beneficial.
  • Prince2 and Agile certified (not essential however would be beneficial)

Any knowledge on the following would be beneficial:

  • Online marketplaces.
  • Auction technology.
  • Mobile apps, back-office systems or desktop software.
