A growing organisation are looking for an Applications Support Manager who will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of service delivery for clients are performed to a high and consisted standard, as well be involved in delivery projects. The Applications Support Manager will also be responsible for implementing industry best practices for both service delivery and project management. The Applications Support Manager will have a good understanding of web-based applications.

Service Delivery Responsibilities:

  • Implement processes and SLAs
  • ITIL process management 
  • Service improvement 
  • Stakeholder management
  • Vendor management 

Project Management Responsibilities:

  • Establish governance framework
  • Establish project reporting framework
  • Implement RFC process
  • Successfully delivery projects on time, budget and quality
  • Managing system testing
