The role?

A great opportunity has opened up to work for an exciting start-up SME Call Centre company based in the City of London. As the Head of Customer Service, you will lead and manage the Call Centre that is made up of 12 people. 

Responsibilities?

  • Lead and manage the Call Centre (Calls, chat and email)
  • Ensure SLAs are met 
  • Provide reporting and analysis of performance to senior management 
  • Train and motive the team 
  • Create high energy morale within the team 
  • Recruitment of new staff

Essential Experience? 

  • Call Centre/Business Centre management experience 
  • Experience in customer service focussed environments 
  • B2B or B2C background
