An exciting opportunity has come up for a CopeStar & Payments Application Support Analyst to join my banking client based in London.

Sitting amongst the Payments Support team, you will be responsible for ensuring the availability of business critical applications. Such duties include CopeStar and HP NonStop support on a daily basis for CHAPS payments and performance monitoring of applications.

Besides normal working hours, you will be required to work out of hours and cover early/late shifts.

The following are essential:

  • Experience in Payments support
  • CopeStar
  • HP NonStop
  • Any Shell scripting e.g. Korn, Bash, Bourne
  • Any batch scheduling tool e.g. Control-M, AutoSys

The following are desirable:

  • Knowledge in AML (Anti-Money Laundering)
  • Knowledge in RTGS/CHAPS payment processing
  • MQ
  • SWIFT Alliance


Salary: Circa £55,000 + Bonus + Pension + Benefits
