A prestigious global name in the trading sector based in London are seeking a CRM Manager. You will be responsible for implementing the transition from Dynamics 2011 to Salesforce. You will also be responsible for the management and administration of the new CRM system and will be required to work alongside stakeholders to deliver key requirements, supports users and encourage adoption of the Salesforce CRM.

Key Skills:

  • Expert in Salesforce
    • Salesforce Certified
  • Experienced in data management
    • Data cleansing/loading, process modelling, data analysis and entity level design
  • Experience with the following systems:
    • Email marketing systems
    • Microsoft Access
    • Excel or a suitable alternative
    • SQL
    • Web reporting software e.g. Google Analytic
  • Experience in database marketing
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with teams, both non-technical and technical
