My client is looking for a Cyber Security Operations Lead to join their security team on a permanent basis. The role will be fully remote.

As a Cyber Security Consultant, you will be responsible to support and manage both software and infrastructure Security. You will also be required to conduct risk assessments, manage the risk management lifecycle and implement and update security policies and procedures. Ideal candidates should have demonstrable commercial and business skills together with Team Management experience. 

Suitable applicants will have demonstrable Cyber and Information Security expertise together with the ability to deal with internal and external stakeholders, auditors, business partners and vendors.

Essential skills and experience:

• 5 years plus Cyber and InfoSec operations 
• Demonstrable Team leading and commercial business experience
• Experience working closely with stakeholders, project and security teams
• Understanding of cybersecurity attacks and operational risks
• Previous experience implementing Security policies according to best practices
• Demonstrable Risk management, governance, risk and compliance (GRC) knowledge
• Exposure to application security and the OWASP Framework 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• CISM or CISSP certified
