One of the world’s most innovative law firms are looking for an IT Support Analyst to provide operational 1st and 2nd line technical support for all users within the firm but predominantly for the London office. This is an initial fixed term contract for 6 months, starting ASAP. 

Please note that the working hours for this role will be 9:00am - 5:00pm, Thursday to Monday.

Key skills required for the role are as follows:

  • Proven experience within a corporate IT Support environment
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • ITIL Foundation (desirable)
  • ServiceNow (desirable)
  • Superb communication skills
