A leading financial services organisation are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis. Working within a busy service desk team. You will be responsible for supporting the Business in its day-to-day operations, providing a point of contact for all Business issues relating to the use of IT infrastructure. This position is ideal for individuals who are a highly motivated and enthusiastic, with hands-on experience with 1st/2nd line support work. Technical University graduates are encouraged to apply.
Essential Skills: • Strong background working in a busy service desk team • Experience providing 1st/2nd line support • Knowledge of ITIL incident management processes • Excellent communication skills • Working knowledge of DNS, DHCP, TCPIP, Secure Printing, Secure Remote Access
