EUC Support Engineer - Global rewards provider - Mid Sussex - up to £33k + Benefits

My client, a leading global customer rewards & loyalty provider, has an exciting opening for an EUC Support Engineer to join their team. They are a large, dynamic organisation working with a number of high-profile brands and household names.

As EUC Support Engineer, you will be responsible for resolving 2nd line and some 3rd line technical issues and providing support to users across the client’s infrastructure, assisting with ticket and incident resolution, and working alongside the team to ensure a first-class user experience.

The following are essential:

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar desktop support role
  • Experience of ticketing systems (ServiceNow) and working within contracted SLAs
  • Windows 10 desktop support and cloud storage solutions (OneDrive, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Experience with Mac iOS
  • Experience with MS Suite (Office 365, Exchange, Teams)
  • Experience with MS Intune/Autopilot
  • Video conferencing experience
  • Networking knowledge (including TCP/IP)
  • Experience with Mimecast
  • Experience with Powershell
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

The following are desirable:

  • Windows & Linux Server
  • Experience with Crowdstrike/Pulse VPN/Ironscales/Netskope/KACE SMA
