Company:

My client is seeking an IT Support Engineer to join them on a 3-month contract in their Sutton based office. The preferred candidate would be able to start immediately but candidates with a maximum of a 2 week notice period will also be considered. On-site parking is available. Please note, this contract is inside IR35.

 

Role:

You will be the first point of contact for staff within the agency and will be required to provide an exceptional level of IT support, whilst providing excellent customer service. Such duties include call logging and maintaining the call management system, ensuring all requests are responded to and resolved in a timely manner, and escalating issues to a senior member of the team.

 

The following are essential:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in 1st/2nd line support
  • Active Directory: GPO, troubleshooting etc.
  • Proficient in both Mac OSX and Windows OS
  • Good working knowledge of SCCM
  • Experience working in an ITIL environment and adhering to SLAs and KPIs
  • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills

 

The following are desirable:

  • Office 365
  • ITIL Foundation

 

Daily Rate: Circa £160 inside IR35
