Helpdesk Analyst – Permanent – Up to £27,000 – South Kensington or Sutton

Technical skills required: Office, Active Directory, Exchange, Windows 2000 Pro and XP Pro.

My client is looking for a Helpdesk Analyst to provide support to the end-user and those within the IT department in a professional, efficient, and effective manner. Providing clear and concise troubleshooting whilst also maintaining great customer service.

Job Specifications:

This role is pivotal to the wider perception of the IT department in that it provides the primary point of contact for the end-User and IT Helpdesk Manager. A professional, efficient, and effective service is therefore at the core of this position. Main duties are to: provide helpdesk support, management of user accounts, assist with preparation of report and documentation, help update IT intranet Web pages, administer the PC purchasing scheme.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • At least 1 years’ experience in 1st line support.
  • At least 2 years’ experience of Office applications.
  • Experience of Windows 2000 Pro and Windows XP Pro.
  • Experience in customer service.

Remote working:

This job role will require you to be based at the Sutton office at least 2/3 times per week with the rest being remote working.
