Company:

My client, a well-known and established research institution, is seeking a Helpdesk Analyst to join them on an 18-month fixed-term contract, with a view to turning permanent. The role will be based at their office in Sutton and will be remote work to begin with due to Covid-19. On-site parking is available.

Role:

You will be the first point of contact for staff within the organisation and will be required to provide an exceptional level of IT support, whilst providing excellent customer service. Duties will include call logging and maintaining the call management system, ensuring all requests are responded to and resolved in a timely manner, and escalating issues to a senior member of the team. 

The following are essential:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar support role
  • Experience working within a corporate environment supporting 1,000+ users
  • Experience in administering user accounts within Active Directory
  • Experience in both Mac OSX and Windows OS
    • Experience with Windows and Mac Device Management Applications
  • Experience with JAMF Pro 
  • SCCM/LANDesk experience
  • Experience working in an ITIL environment and adhering to SLAs and KPIs
  • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills 

 

The following are highly desirable:

  • Experience with Casper
  • ITIL Foundation 

 

Salary: Up to £27,000 (depending on experience) + Benefits
