IT Helpdesk Support

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Helpdesk Support to join a major Bank in London.

You will provide support for the Bank’s desktop and deskside environments.

Key requirements

  • Willing to work on a shift basis of 35 hours per week (7:00am – 7:00pm)
  • You will be working across all 3 offices in London
  • Provide primary support to the Bank's desktop (including MS Windows, Citrix Receiver, MS Office, line-of-business and limited-scope applications)
  • Provide primary support to the Bank’s desk-side (including laptops and peripherals such as fingerprint readers and video cameras, and auxiliary devices such as telephone handsets and headsets. and mobile phones) environments.
  • Provide support to the Bank’s video conferencing environment, logging tickets, provide support to walk-up and email requests, creating tickets, and escalating as required.
  • Be able to work collaboratively with other team members
  • Provide English language support to colleagues across the Bank's EMEA Region
