An exciting IT Service Desk Analyst opportunity has arisen, with a leading professional services organisation, to join a dynamic London based team.

The Service Desk Analyst will be responsible for providing support for desktop, laptop and software issues, escalating issues further if necessary. There is also the opportunity to work on various IT projects from time to time.

Ideally, candidates for this opportunity will have demonstrable IT Support experience on a Service Desk or Helpdesk within a professional services organisation.

Please note: The Service Desk Analyst will be required to work various shift patterns, out of hours and over weekends.

 

Skills Required:

  • Experience providing technical support, ideally for a professional services organisation (i.e. consultancies, law firms, a "Top 4" firm, accountancy practice) 
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to provide high-quality customer service and technical support
  • Demonstrable experience logging calls, providing support, resolving and escalating issues

 

Technical Skills Required: 

  • Windows 7/10
  • Microsoft Office 2010/2016
  • Windows Server 2008/2012/2016
  • Citrix XenDesktop/XenApp 
  • Exchange 2010/O365 
  • Active Directory
