IT Service Desk Analyst - Global Media Company - West End

The Role?

This great new opportunity has opened up for a Service Desk Analyst to provide 1st & 2nd line Support to a Global Media company, based in the West End. 

As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for staff and will be required to provide an exceptional level of both 1st and 2nd line support, whilst providing excellent customer service. Such duties include call logging and maintaining the call management system, ensuring all requests are responded to and resolved in a timely manner, and escalating issues to a senior member of the team.

Essential Skills:

  • Good working knowledge of Windows and Mac OS
  • Experience in setting up/supporting audio visual and video conferencing equipment (e.g. projectors, microphones etc.)
  • Customer focused and a friendly telephone manner
  • ‘Can do’ attitude

The following are desirable:

  • Office 365
  • ITIL Foundation or experience working in an ITIL environment
  • Experience adhering to SLAs
  • Working in a KPI driven environment
