IT Support Analyst EUS – Permanent – Up to £30K – Portsmouth

Technical skills required: Understanding of IT workflows/ITIL practices, Knowledge of defined SLAs, Windows 7-10, Windows 2008-2016, Exchange Server.

My client is looking for an IT Support Analyst to join their technical support team on a permanent basis.

Job Specifications:

The IT Support Analyst will provide a proactive and reactive support service in conjunction with an already established team to resolve technical issues in an effective manner, with minimal business impact and in accordance with KPIs and SLAs. This role also requires the IT Support Analyst to travel to different sites and deliver equipment where needed.

Technical skills required: Understanding of IT workflows/ITIL practices, Knowledge of defined SLAs, Windows 7-10, Windows 2008-2016, Exchange Server.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Strong IT background and experience in 1st/2nd line support.
  • Proficient in operating systems such as: Windows 7-10, Windows Server 2008-2016, Exchange Sever, Linux Variants (Desired).
  • Experience with building physical and virtual machines.
  • Knowledge of server infrastructure and networking.
  • Experience with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow.
  • A clean drivers license and vehicle access.
