Our client is a leading UK Based Managed Service Provider, and they are looking for a Domino Support Analyst to join their Berkshire based office on a permanent basis.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years’ experience working with Domino/Lotus Notes technology (minimum of 8.x and above).

The following skills are essential for the role:

  • Demonstratable expertise and hands on experience with IBM Lotus Notes/Domino (client and server)
  • Experience working in a technical support role.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with clients and other support teams  
  • Service awareness, preferably ITIL certified
  • Basic understanding of networks and intermediary skills in Windows OS (client/server).

The following are desirable:

  • Microsoft Exchange, Outlook and Office365 (training can be provided)
  • IBM Domino certification at associate level

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing technical support for the customer regarding Domino/Lotus Notes  
  • Maintain tickets through incident management systems and ensure calls are meeting the required SLAs.
  • Providing a high-quality engineering support and advising customers on best practices and solutions to issues raised
  • Providing clear and concise documentation  
  • Monitoring and ensuring the health of the systems, and troubleshooting any issues where necessary.  

Salary: £35,000 per year
