Patch Reporting - Security Patching - Vulnerability Governance Process - Financial Services -

My client, a large Financial Services company based in Canary Wharf is looking for a Patch Reporting specialist for a 6-months plus contract. The ideal candidate must have recent Financial Services Experience. The consultant will work with operational teams to define and set-up an operations function to maintain/sustain the existing reports.

Overview:

Develop mechanisms to update the reporting data source. Enhance reporting based on deficiencies in GAP analysis. Develop additional filters and/or reports to comply with Patch Policy.

Responsibilities:

  • Simplify the reports for a sustainable and easy to support solution – complexity (if needed) should be driven down to the data/ETL or source layer.  
  • Consider Patch Reporting interfacing Processes / Initiatives   
  • Patch Vulnerability Governance Process / Stability patching experience
  • Define a scalable and sustainable patch reporting process for the Company 
  • Amend the data model so it has appropriate attributes that store the known good (Patch Vulnerability Governance and stability), resolve issues which relate to risk reporting
  • Ensure appropriate access controls for visibility and updates of data.
  • Extend the Patch Vulnerability Governance process to stability reporting
  • Development and documented Patch Management Risk Reporting approach
