Our client, based in Redhill is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join a growing team in a key role. The successful candidate will be able to work on their own initiative, with good attention to detail. You will be ITIL qualified or studying towards it with practical experience. 

Experience

  • 12 months service desk experience under an ITIL aligned framework
  • Monitor calls, emails and automated alerts, bringing them to resolution or escalating where appropriate
  • Delivering exceptional customer service within agreed time frames
  • Ability to understand and follow documented processes
  • Previous 1st line support experience
