A leading organisation are looking for a 1st line Service Desk Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for managing customer and vendor queries, logging and assigning them in ServiceNow. You will also be responsible for monitoring and providing reports on the performance of the service to ensure the quality of service is maintained.

Must Have Skills:

  • Experience using ServiceNow
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Prior reporting skills
