An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service Desk Analyst with my client, a leading consultancy with a diverse portfolio of clients. The organisation prides itself in promoting a positive working culture, with a focus on training, development and wellbeing.

My client is looking for an individual in the early stages or just starting out in their IT career, with experience of delivering excellent customer service in a fast paced role. Some experience in a 1st line IT support role is desirable, however training will be provided for the right candidate.

They are looking for someone who is happy to complete various 1st line support tasks within a friendly IT team, resolving all queries efficiently or escalating to 2nd and 3rd line support where needed.
