A leading organisation are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join their team on a permanent basis. Working within a busy Service Desk environment. They are looking for someone who is a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual, with experience of 1st line support work.

Responsibilities:

  • Resolving issues via Telephone
  • Logging all calls/issues.
  • Supporting end users at their desk-side
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Provide excellent communication to users of the status of their incident
  • Provide troubleshooting and support for all Windows and Mac desktops and printers.

Essential Skills:

  • Experience providing 1st line support
  • Experience of Windows 7/8.1/10
  • Experience of Office 2010/2013
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Active Directory
