A rapidly growing IT Consultancy based in West London is looking to recruit a Service Desk Analyst to join on an initial 6-month fixed term contract. Although a solid technical background is preferred, this role is more about a willingness to learn and having the right attitude to succeed on a busy service desk.

Key skills required for the role are as follows:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to learn (in-house training is provided)
  • Experience with AD, Exchange, Networks, Windows and O365
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • IT-related degree (highly desirable)
