A fantastic opportunity has become available for a Service Desk Analyst at a dynamic IT Service Provider. Being the first point of contact, the Service Desk Analyst needs to have excellent communication alongside good technical knowledge.

Must have skills:

  • Experience of working in an ITIL environment
  • Knowledge and experience of Active Directory
  • Knowledge and experience of MS Exchange
  • Ability to troubleshoot fundamental network components
  • Ability to install network equipment at end-user sites
  • Knowledge and experience of Windows Server
  • Advanced knowledge of Windows 7 & 10
