A leading body are looking for a Service Development Manager to work on large smart ticketing project of work.


  • Managing the needs of customers
  • Accountable for the development of all service and change requests
  • Working with external and internal teams to deliver service improvements
  • Monitor, measure and report on delivery performance against SLA’s

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience in a similar Service Delivery role
  • Proven experience managing a large number of customers
  • ITIL Expert level
  • Ideally, experience working with Smart Ticketing or other complex projects
