An Amazing opportunity for a Service Transition & Change Manager has opened at a leading national body in their sector.  This role is suited to those with experience working in a SIAM environment managing multiple suppliers of services.
 
The Service Transition & Change Manager will need to ensure that the Transition and Change processes are documented and implemented throughout the business. 
 
Working with project and service delivery managers to ensure systems are designed to be operable, recoverable and maintainable. They will also be expected to make recommendations to improve the service function and ensure smooth implementation into the live service.
 
Essential skills & experiences:
Working in a SIAM environment
Experience of Service Transition Management
Experience of Change Management
Process documentation for Service Transition & Change Management 
Successfully delivered services into the live environment.
ITIL v3 Certifiedmin. ITIL Intermediate Service Transition
Manage transition and change process in line of ITIL v3
Stakeholder Management
