Our Client within IT Service Management is looking for a Solution/Technical Architect to join their team as a core member to oversee the overall implementation of digital solutions as well as addressing any issues that may arise on a daily basis.  

You will be responsible for aligning technical support during the transition phase to meet the client’s requirements and expectations. 

Responsibilities

  • Participate in the scoping and legal phase in the sales process, ensuring the technical feasibility of the proposed SOWs
  • Analysis to understand the technical challenges and find the appropriate solutions
  • Design architectural blueprint for a client install, outlining Digital Solutions
  • Understand technical requirements for the proposed solution
  • Understand client’s as-is technology landscape and any ongoing projects which might affect project execution

Essential Skills

  • Implementing technical solutions
  • Scripting experience (javascript, groovy, or python)
  • Software development
  • Integration experience in an enterprise environment (wsdl/soap, rest based web services)
  • Understanding of security requirements and solutions
  • Ability to create target architectures
  • Creation of process flow-diagrams
  • Camel or Mulesoft Integration flow understanding is a plus.
  • Experience or keen interest in AI will be beneficial.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, or related field, OR equivalent work experience
