An exciting opportunity has come up for a bright and ambitious 2nd Line Support Engineer who is keen to develop a career as a Solution Analyst and grow within a rapidly growing IT Solutions company, specialising in workflow and software automation solutions.

Due to the nature of this role, you will mostly be based in the South West London office and be required to visit client sites. There is also the flexibility to work from home.

Role:

For the first 2 months you will be trained in 4-5 solutions offered by the company and will be required to provide an exceptional level of technical support, whilst providing excellent customer service. Such duties include ensuring all support requests are responded to and resolved in a timely manner (remotely and on-site), technical demonstrations of the solutions and products, and implementations of the solutions.

The following are essential:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in 2nd/3rd line support
  • Excellent customer-facing skills and telephone manner
  • Good organisation and time management skills
  • ‘Can do’ attitude

The following are desirable:

  • Current or recent experience implementing IT solutions

 

Rate: Circa £40,000 + Bonus (OTE £45,000) + Benefits
